French style potato gratin with cheese

A simple and inexpensive recipe for quick baked potatoes with cheese. Incredibly tasty and original potato gratin with cheese. This is a potato casserole in a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  1. To make potato gratin, first peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Put the potatoes in one layer on the bottom of the mold to completely cover the bottom base. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Pour cream over.
  4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese on top.
  5. Lay out the second layer of potatoes in the same way, leaving the middle empty.
  6. Add more cream.
  7. Send to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 22 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese on top. Increase the temperature to 210 degrees and send the French fries back to the oven until the cheese melts.
  9. Potato gratin with cheese, French, ready.
