Fresh zucchini salad

Unusual? Yes! Tasty? Highly! We are preparing a salad of raw zucchini, bell peppers, cheese and fresh herbs, with roasted peanuts and garlic.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare all foods. Zucchini should be taken very young.
  2. Cut the zucchini into strips.
  3. Remove seeds from bell pepper and cut into small strips or cubes.
  4. Chop the basil and dill greens with a knife.
  5. Place all chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  6. Peanuts (if raw) fry in a dry frying pan, chop lightly and add to the salad.
  7. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and also add to the salad.
  8. Pour olive oil and vinegar into salad.
  9. Add salt and sugar to taste.
  10. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the salad. Mix everything.
  11. Let the salad rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  12. Put the finished salad of zucchini, sweet peppers and cheese into a salad bowl and serve.
