Cook the rice in boiling water until soft, drain.
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until hazy and add vegetable oil. Add chopped meat and minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add chopped vegetables and mushrooms, then wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 75 ml water.
Combine the cornmeal and 2 tablespoons of water and pour into the sauce. Bring to a boil and stir in the sesame oil.
Divide the rice into 2 bowls, top with the meat and top with the chili sauce.
