Fried chicken and shrimp with sweet corn, mushrooms and rice

In a bowl, stir the chicken and yakitori sauce with your hands for a few minutes. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken diagonally into strips, save the marinade.
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until hazy and add vegetable oil. Add shrimp, corn, chopped peas, chopped mushrooms and green onions, then chicken, mix well and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until chicken is done. Add lightly beaten eggs and fry until tender.
Meanwhile, cook the rice in boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Place the rice in the skillet. Add salt and soy sauce and cook until rice is hot. Divide into 2 bowls.
