A quick and tasty option for a hearty breakfast. Just fill ready-made buns with chopped mushrooms and cheese filling, beat in the eggs and put in the oven for a few minutes. Even a novice cook can handle it!)

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut off the tops of the buns and remove the crumb.

  6. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Peel the mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms and cheese into small cubes.
  7. Add a little salt and ground black pepper to taste and mix well.
  8. Without turning off the oven, remove the baking sheet with dried buns. Fill each bun with a mixture of cheese and mushrooms, about 1 cm from the edge of each bun (you can tamp the filling lightly).
  9. Break an egg into each bun, being careful not to damage the yolks.
  10. Send the mushroom, cheese and egg buns to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of cooking, place the cut tops of the buns on a baking sheet so that they also warm up and lightly brown.
  11. Garnish the scrambled eggs in buns with a sprig of herbs if desired and serve.
