An interesting dish can be prepared from simple and familiar products. Crispy puff pastry, sausage, melted cheese and fried eggs - two in one, pizza and scrambled eggs! Such an unusual breakfast will not take much time to prepare, but it will cheer you up even on the gloomiest morning.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Making scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage on a puff yeast-free dough is a snap. We prepare products according to the list. If puff pastry is stored in the freezer, it must first be removed from there so that it defrosts and becomes soft. If desired, the mixture of ground peppers can be replaced with regular black ground pepper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer about 3 mm thick and cut into two parts. You will get two rectangles, each measuring approximately 15x20 cm.
  3. Cut the sausage into thin cubes.
  4. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Put the sausage with cheese in a bowl.
  6. We mix.
  7. Finely chop the green onion and dill.
  8. Set aside a little chopped dill for serving.
  9. We turn on the oven and heat up to 200 degrees.
  10. Put the dough rectangles on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put the mixture of cheese and sausage on top of each dough rectangle.
  11. Sprinkle with green onions on top.
  12. We make small indentations in the filling.
  13. Carefully, trying not to damage the yolk, break an egg into each cavity.
  14. Salt the eggs and sprinkle with ground pepper.
  15. We bake scrambled eggs on puff pastry, with sausage and cheese, in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. When the whites of the eggs set (the yolks should remain liquid), remove the eggs from the oven.
  16. Sprinkle the finished scrambled eggs on puff pastry with sausage and cheese, sprinkle with dill on top and serve hot.
  17. Bon Appetit!
