  1. In a large skillet, combine tomato sauce and beans and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Make 4 indentations in the bean mass (one at a time) and pour one egg into each. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  3. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the eggs set.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked eggs with beans with chopped onions and cilantro.
  5. Serve scrambled eggs and beans best with sour cream and warm tortillas.
