Hearty and original breakfast - scrambled eggs with minced meat and vegetables. Cooking this beautiful "meat scrambled eggs" is not difficult at all and does not take a lot of time. Such an unusual scrambled eggs, baked with minced meat and tomatoes - spectacularly, and most importantly, very tasty!

  1. Minced meat is suitable for any - chicken, pork, beef or mixed.
  2. Rinse and dry the tomato and dill.
  3. Scrambled eggs with minced meat cook quickly enough, so the oven should be turned on in advance to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion and, stirring occasionally, fry over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Increase heat to high, add minced meat and stir.
  7. Fry, stirring constantly and breaking the lumps, for about 5 minutes, until the color of the minced meat changes (whitens).
  8. Cut the tomato into small cubes, add to the pan and stir.
  9. Reduce heat to medium and cook everything for about 5 minutes.
  10. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and remove from heat.
  11. Transfer the minced meat with vegetables to a baking dish (I have a baking dish with a diameter of 18 cm). Flatten the minced meat and make two egg depressions.
  12. Break an egg into each indentation. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are cooked as desired.
  14. Finely chop the dill with a knife.
  15. Hearty scrambled eggs with minced meat and vegetables are ready. Serve it to the table, sprinkle with chopped dill if desired.
