Fried ice cream with raisins and cereals

What can ice cream be like? Creamy, chocolate, vanilla, with condensed milk, nuts, berries, caramel ... Can ice cream be fried, do you think? little fire ... And it's not fiction!

Ingredients

• Ice cream 0,5 kg
• Raisins to taste
• Flakes to taste
• Oil 300 g

Directions

1. Divide all the ice cream into 9 parts.
2. Soak the raisins. Chop the flakes.
3. From the pieces of ice cream form balls. Put some raisins inside.
4. Bread the balls in flakes.
5. Place the ice cream in the freezer. Heat the oil in a frying pan or deep fryer (there should be enough oil).
6. When the oil is hot enough, fry the ice cream for 20-30 seconds.
7. Fried ice cream can be poured with syrup and sprinkled with nuts.
