Fried pies with potatoes and mushrooms

Wonderful fried pies with potatoes, a recipe for ordinary dumplings.

  1. For the dough, sift the flour into a wide bowl, make a depression in the center, add salt and pour in the water and egg.
  2. Knead the dough for fried pies rather steep, smooth. Knead it for a few minutes, then make a ball, cover with a towel and rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes, boil and remember. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry, mix with potatoes, salt and pepper mixture.
  4. Form the dough into small balls. Roll the balls of dough alternately into cakes. Place a layer of filling on the side and close like a cheburek.
  5. Fry the patties with potatoes in a preheated skillet with a little vegetable oil.
