Very tender and juicy fried pork prepared according to the recipe of Asian cuisine! Meat thanks to starch and soy sauce turns out soft and fragrant. Ginger, hot peppers and garlic add a spicy note to the already bright taste, and fresh cucumbers make the dish even juicier.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into slices 0.8-1 cm thick and about 5 cm long.
  2. Put the meat in a bowl, add sugar, soy sauce (1 tablespoon) and vegetable oil (1 tablespoon).
  3. Also add starch.
  4. We mix everything and let the meat marinate for 10-15 minutes (if time permits, then half an hour is possible).
  5. We wash the peeled cucumbers, dry them and cut them in half. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
  6. Cucumbers cut into medium-sized pieces.
  7. We shift the cucumbers into a suitable container and salt (a pinch).
  8. Mix and leave aside.
  9. Peel and mince garlic and ginger root. Hot pepper cut into thin rings.
  10. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the chopped ginger, garlic and hot pepper there. Fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Then transfer the ginger, garlic and pepper to a plate and set aside.
  11. Put the pork in a frying pan with fragrant oil.
  12. Fry the meat over high heat, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes, until tender.
  13. Then add slices of cucumbers, 1 tbsp. spoonful of water and soy sauce. If there is enough juice from the meat left in the pan, you can not add water.
  14. Fry the contents of the pan for another 2 minutes.
  15. We return the fried garlic, ginger and hot pepper.
  16. Mix everything and turn off the fire.
  17. We wash the green onions, shake, finely chop and put in a pan.
  18. Mix well again.
  19. Put the fried pork with cucumbers on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  20. We serve pork in Chinese style, adding your favorite side dish. Since the meat has a bright, piquant and rich taste, it is better to choose a side dish that is more neutral, such as boiled rice.
  21. Bon appetit!
