Fried rice with carrots and onions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes.
  2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan (I pour about 7-9 tablespoons), put on medium heat.
  4. Put onions and carrots in a frying pan, fry a little.
  5. Add rice, stir, let soak for 30 seconds.
  6. Immediately add 2 of the same glasses of water, stir and cover.
  7. After 10 minutes salt (I put 10-15 g of salt), stir and cover again. Leave on for another 15 minutes.
