Fried rice with shrimps and parsley

Fried rice with shrimps and parsley

  1. Boil rice until crumbly without adding salt. Peel the shrimp.
  2. Fry the shrimps with olive oil over high heat for one minute, salt well. Then add rice to them and fry over medium heat for no more than 2-3 minutes. Cut the chili in half and add to the rice with shrimp. After 2-3 minutes, remove the pepper, the rice should turn golden brown. Dry red pepper can be added to taste.
  3. And so, cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters (to taste), finely chop the parsley. Place the rice with shrimps on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and add the tomatoes. You can serve the dish with a lemon wedge and parsley leaves.
