Fried rice with shrimps and vegetables

  1. Boil the rice in boiling water until tender. Drain.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok. Add finely chopped onions and vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes over high heat. Add finely chopped garlic and fish sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add rice and shrimp and heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
