In this extremely simple recipe, I'll show you how to quickly cook shrimp. We will fry them in an ordinary frying pan, and then glaze the shrimps in a sauce with garlic, honey and lime juice. It will turn out very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We clean the shrimp from the chitinous shell. We remove the intestinal vein. The shrimp should be exactly raw, and not pre-boiled, otherwise they will not turn out so tender.
  2. We wash the shrimp under cold running water.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely.
  4. Chop the parsley at random.
  5. We cut off 1/3 of one lime, cut the second lime into slices, we will use them for serving.
  6. Put the pan over medium heat. Put butter in it. Immediately add a little vegetable so that the creamy does not start to burn.
  7. When the butter is melted, add the garlic and fry it until lightly browned.
  8. Then we turn on the fire to maximum. Put the shrimp in the pan. While stirring, fry them with garlic for 1 minute and remove the shrimp from the pan.
  9. We reduce the heat to minimum. Add honey, lime juice (about 1 tablespoon of it), salt and freshly ground pepper to the remaining oil with garlic. While stirring, continue to cook the sauce over low heat until it thickens a little.
  10. When the sauce has thickened, put the shrimp back in the pan and stir to glaze each shrimp in a very aromatic honey-garlic sauce.
  11. After a minute, the fried shrimp in the sauce will be completely cooked. We remove them from the fire and serve them to the table.
  12. For serving, place the fried shrimp in the center of the dish. We supplement them with several lime wedges. Decorate the top with a little parsley.
  13. Bon Appetit!
