Universal frittata for all seasons - with assorted vegetables. After all, even when the season of fresh vegetables ends, there is still a wide range of frozen mixes from TM "Rud"! So you can pamper your family with unusual vitamin omelets at least every day. Bacon or pieces of sausage will add a rich spicy aroma to the dish.

  1. Spread the vegetable mixture on a frying pan, add water and simmer under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
  2. In a deep bowl, beat eggs with milk, pepper, salt, and mustard.
  3. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in a separate pan until golden brown.
  4. Chop green onions. On a grater with large eyes rub cheddar. Add cheese and onions to the egg-milk mixture together with stewed vegetables and bacon. Stir.
  5. Spread the mixture on a frying pan heated with oil and cook the omelet on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the finished frittata into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
