There are no cheese and herbs in this recipe, but there are other interesting products. But you can easily add a quarter cup of greens and half a cup of grated cheese.   1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine lightly beaten eggs, milk or cream, flour (it's okay if there are a few lumps), salt, pepper.
  2. Boil salted water. Boil the cabbage leaves a little until soft (try a bite to check the required readiness). Remove cabbage from water, dry and chop.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat (preferably a non-stick skillet). Lightly fry the sausage pieces (dry chorizo ​​sausages with red pepper and garlic), brown. Lay out the sausage.
  4. Fry the onions until soft (add oil if necessary). Add the paprika at the end of frying. Put onion, cool.
  5. Toss the cabbage, sausage and onion with the eggs.
  6. Wipe the pan dry. Heat 2 tablespoons over medium heat. olive oil. Spread the prepared mixture evenly in the pan. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 8-12 minutes.
  7. You can make the frittata on the stove by turning it over gently once. But this will require certain skills. It is better to finish the cooking process in the oven by removing the lid from the pan. Cook the omelet in the oven for 15-25 minutes.
