  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add onion and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Transfer the onion and garlic to a plate, put the spinach in the pan, cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Remove the pan from the stove.
  2. In a large bowl, combine whipped eggs, fried spinach, cheeses, tomatoes and nuts. In a large skillet with heat-resistant handles, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and pour out the egg mixture.
  3. Place the skillet in a preheated oven and cook the frittata for about 30-35 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the salad. In a salad bowl, mix the vinegar, oil and garlic salt. Put spinach and tomatoes in this dressing, mix well.
  5. Serve frittata with vegetable salad.
