Fruit salad with spinach

In Europe and America, spinach is considered the food of champions. These tender leaves are champions in themselves: no other vegetable can match them in terms of vegetable protein content. And spinach has a lot of iron, which is known to increase hemoglobin in the blood.

  1. Rub the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes. Then cool, for 20 minutes, and cut into thin strips.
  2. While the breast is cooking and cooling, remove the grapes from the branches, and cut each berry in half. Cut the strawberries into thin slices.
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. With a sharp knife, cut the skin together with the white layer so that the flesh is visible. Carefully cut the flesh between the films, collecting the orange juice.
