An alternative to kvass. Refreshing low-carbonated low-alcohol drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Ginger grate on a fine grater.
  2. 2. Squeeze juice from the lemon. Combine lemon juice with grated ginger.
  3. 3. Pour 2 liters of water into the fermentation tank. Measure sugar and yeast.
  4. 4. Combine water, sugar, yeast, and ginger-lemon mixture. Then we make a water seal and leave the mixture in a warm place for fermentation for 2 days.
  5. 5. After 2 days, remove the water seal, close the bottle with a lid, and put it in the refrigerator for another 2 days. Then we filter the liquid through a sieve + gauze. We put the ale in the refrigerator, and after a couple of days the ale becomes even more carbonated - you can use it inside!
