Ginger drink with cucumbers and mint

  1. 1. On a large saucepan of mineral or any other quality water add 3-4 cm of grated fresh ginger root (you can do more, to taste), a large bunch of fresh mint, thinly sliced lime, squeeze out the juice of a whole lemon (throw the squeezed halves there) and cucumbers thinly sliced into circles, add 2 tablespoons of honey (I like it to be savory).
  2. 2. Infuse the drink at room temperature for several hours, then send it to the refrigerator overnight. Strain in the afternoon, add a few fresh circles of cucumber, lime, lemon and mint.
