Sometimes I make this tea in the morning, it only takes a few minutes. It is pleasantly refreshing, and invigorating, it has a lot of useful substances.

  1. 1. Prepare everything you need. Peel the ginger root (1 - 1.5 cm, depending on the thickness of the root).
  2. 2. Grate the root on a fine grater, pour 1 cup of boiling water. Put a sprig of mint. Close the dish with a lid. Let it brew for a few minutes. Strain through a sieve. Squeeze lemon juice (you can use lime juice) into a separate bowl.
  3. 3. In warm ginger tea (so as not to lose the beneficial properties of honey and lemon), put honey, pour lemon juice. Mix.
