Using cheese and jam, you can make a great two-layer dessert.

  2. Add eggs to this mixture and beat again.
  3. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Knead a stiff dough and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Thoroughly rub the cheese through a sieve.
  6. Add sugar to the prepared mass and beat with a mixer.
  7. Once everything is ready, the dough should be removed from the refrigerator and divided into three parts. Cover the heat-resistant utensils with parchment and grate the first piece of dough on a grater, distributing the mass in an even layer. On top of the first layer, you need to lay out the cheese, carefully leveling it with a spatula. The filling should deviate from the edge of the cake by 0.5 cm. The dough is rubbed over the cheese again. And now the jam is laid out. The top of the cake is also closed with grated dough.
  8. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 180 C.
