  1. Prepare all ingredients. Fresh green beans are in season. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and garlic to your liking.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan. Salt a little. Dip chopped beans into boiling water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 8-10 minutes over moderate heat.
  3. Drain the boiled beans in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Shake several times to glass all the liquid.
  4. Heat up the butter in a frying pan. Add beans. Fry for 3-4 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Cool the roasted beans to room temperature.
  5. Wash the eggs under running water. Plunge into cold salted water and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Cool the eggs in cold water.
  6. Move the string beans to a deep salad bowl.
  7. Peel off the shells of the eggs. Cut into small pieces. Add to beans.
  8. Peel the garlic and grate on a fine grater. Add garlic to the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix.
