Introducing a recipe for cooking on an open fire - carp in a lemon-garlic marinade. Before cooking on the grill, add sour cream to the remains of the marinade and grease the carp to make it even more tender. Circles of potatoes on the same grill will solve the issue with the side dish. A simple recipe for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take the groceries from the list.
  2. In addition to carp, you can take any river or lake fish - the brazier will generously saturate carp, pike, and silver carp with smoke.
  3. Cut the carp. Remove the scales, gills, all the insides. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. With a sharp knife, make cuts perpendicular to the ridge along the entire carcass, every 1.5-2 cm.
  5. Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. If the lemon is juicy and large, half of one is enough.
  6. Mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and seasoning.
  7. Brush the fish on all sides with the marinade, including the belly. You can add dried herbs. Leave a couple of tablespoons of marinade for baking. Marinate the fish for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
  8. Mix the remaining lemon marinade with sour cream.
  9. Lubricate the carp with a new marinade from all sides and from the inside.
  10. Cut the remaining lemon into thin slices and insert into the belly of the carp.
  11. Lay the fish on the grill.
  12. It is convenient to immediately add a side dish, for example, potatoes. It can be cut into plates / slices, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  13. Bake the fish and potatoes on the grill at moderate heat without an open flame, turning occasionally. Sometimes pour the rest of the sour cream and lemon juice sauce over the carp. It will take about 10-15 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish.
  14. Carp on the grill, in a lemon-garlic marinade, ready. Serve immediately.
  15. Enjoy your meal!
