Grilled mushrooms are a great, simple appetizer that goes well with grilled meat or fish. In addition, you can cook champignons at the same time as preparing the main dish. In this recipe, I will show you how to cook mushrooms on the grill in two ways: in an ordinary simple marinade with spices and in the form of small mushroom juliennes. Try it, it's very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash all mushrooms well before cooking.
  2. We proceed to the first, as simple as possible recipe. We take 300 g of mushrooms and place them in a deep bowl. Add to them 2 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp granulated garlic, freshly ground pepper and salt. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil so that the spices open up better, mix and leave the mushrooms to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. The second recipe is a little more difficult. 300 g of pre-washed champignons get rid of the legs.
  4. The removed legs must be finely chopped. We put them in a deep bowl. We also rub 100 g of low-melting cheese into it, I use gouda.
  5. Pass 3 garlic cloves through a garlic press. Add 1 tsp. suneli hops, freshly ground pepper, salt and mix the filling.
  6. We kindle the grill and heat it up to 150-160 degrees. When the grill reaches the required temperature, put the pickled champignons on it in random order. They will be ready in 10 minutes. At the same time, they must be turned over every 2 minutes so that the mushrooms do not burn. After that, put the mushrooms on a plate and serve.
  7. To prepare champignons in the form of mushroom mini-juliennes, put the mushroom caps on the grill, strictly with the hole up. Fry them for 3 minutes, then turn them over. Cook them for another 3 minutes, then flip them back.
  8. Fill the caps with the prepared cheese filling. Close the grill lid and leave the mushrooms for another 3 minutes to melt the cheese. Then put the mushrooms with cheese on a plate and serve.
  9. Enjoy your meal!
