Grilled chum salmon

A very simple, and most importantly, a very healthy recipe for dinner! Such a fish will not harm the figure and will not take much time to cook it.

  1. Wash chum steaks, dry them with paper towels and put them in a deep bowl. Add chopped onion rings and chopped dill to the fish.
  2. Pour in olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and red pepper. Gently mix so that the chum steaks are on all sides in a fragrant onion with herbs. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. After the time has elapsed, put the chum steaks together with the onions on the grill, close the lid and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Serve chum steaks with a light salad and lemon wedge.
