Grilled squid with rice

Ingredients

  1. We take small squids, clean and remove the insides, rinse.
  2. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat and lightly fry finely chopped garlic and ginger.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and sweet pepper, lightly fry and add rice.
  4. Fry, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes and add finely chopped tomatoes.
  5. Fry lightly and cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce to the smallest heat, cover and wait 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, turn off and add chopped cilantro, mix and cover.
  7. Let cool, lightly salt the squid carcasses and fill with rice. We fasten the ends of the carcasses with a toothpick.
  8. Sprinkle the carcasses filled with rice with olive oil, put them on the grill of a preheated grill.
  9. We fry at a low temperature for 30-35 minutes, not forgetting to periodically turn over.
  10. Remove the fried squid carcasses, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Serve hot, lightly sprinkled with pepper sauce, serve with pickles.
