  1. Cut off the fat from the chicken, set it aside.

  9. For the sauce, mix two finely chopped garlic cloves, sweet chili sauce, some chili pepper, two tablespoons of chicken stock.
  10. Peel the cucumbers, cut them along the strips, put them on a dish with chicken.
