  2. Cook the rice in salted water and pineapple juice until soft and completely evaporated. Add finely chopped pineapples, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and transfer to the rice mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
