  1. Pour oatmeal into kefir at room temperature, leave to swell for 20 minutes.
  2. If the honey is thick, melt it. Add honey to kefir, mix.
  3. Add raisins to kefir, mix.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, mix.
  5. Mix flour with soda and baking powder, gradually add flour to liquid ingredients, stirring. The dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes.
  6. Divide the dough into baking molds.
  7. Sprinkle the top with oatmeal. Bake healthy cupcakes with raisins in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of the molds and your oven. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
  8. Healthy muffins with oatmeal and raisins can be served either warm or cold.
