I want to share with you a recipe for homemade Baileys liqueur. It turns out delicious. And it is a great substitute for using it in cakes, rolls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Add sugar, and vanilla sugar to the yolks and mix lightly with a whisk.
  2. 2. Add cream to the mixed yolks with sugars. Mix and put on a steam bath. The bowl should not touch the boiling water. We warm up the mass to 60 degrees. Here it is better to take dishes with a round bottom (i.e. a bowl).
  3. 3. While the egg-cream mass is warming up, melt the chocolate. And add it to the mass. We continue to warm up to 60 degrees. The chocolate must be melted otherwise it will form pieces.
  4. 4. Add vodka and cognac to our mass, bring the mixture to 60 degrees and stir, cook for another 7 minutes. Strain the resulting liquor. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
  5. 5. OPTION 2. Mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add cream, melted chocolate, vodka, and cognac. Put on a steam bath, warm up to 60 degrees and cook for 7 minutes. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate.
  6. 6. Chilled liquor is used for its intended purpose.
