  1. Cover the razor with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a deep enough bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, but without the dried fruit and chocolate (if added).
  3. Mix honey/syrup and oil together, pour on the flakes with nuts, and mix very thoroughly.
  4. Spread on a razor and form a uniform layer of thickness. The granola will be baked for 20-25 minutes, but this process should be controlled so as not to overcook. When the granola has a golden-brown color on top - it is ready.
  5. Get a razor and cool when it cools completely, you can add dried fruit and chocolate.
  6. Granola should be stored in a dark and cool place in an airtight container. Granola tastes perfect with warm or cold milk, yogurt, and fresh fruit.
