Nutella has been very popular not only among children but also among adults for decades, which is not surprising - it is very difficult to resist its nutty-chocolate taste and creamy texture. However, it is difficult to call it useful. That's why today we offer you a recipe for homemade Nutella - your favorite taste and no palm oils! You will need a powerful blender to make the paste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts on low heat for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Rub the nuts in a kitchen towel or just between your palms to peel.
  2. In a blender, grind the nuts into flour.
  3. Melt the sugar until caramel, remove from heat when the caramel turns brown. Lay it in a thin layer on a sheet of parchment and cool.
  4. When the caramel has cooled completely, grind it in a blender together with the nut flour.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or water bath. Add to the mixture in a blender and mix thoroughly. Add cocoa and mix again into a homogeneous mass. Try whether you have enough sugar, if you need more - add powdered sugar.
  6. At the last stage, bring the chocolate paste to the desired consistency: if it is too thick or dry - add oil, if rare - cornstarch.
  7. Put in a jar and keep tightly closed.
