An excellent pickled mackerel, delicious and savory thanks to the addition of Mahee mustard seed.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Defrost freshly frozen mackerel slightly (but not completely, in which case it is cut well), peel, rinse, wipe with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the mackerel into small pieces. Sprinkle a small amount of salt in a bowl on the bottom, 1 tbsp. olive oil, wipe the fish with a mixture of peppers and put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, olive oil and Maheev mustard on top. Keep at room temperature for 5-6 hours, then refrigerate. After 24 hours, the mackerel is ready. Great snack for the New Year!
