No pizza beats homemade pizza, even Italian! You can make any filling, at your own discretion, so everything is very simple here!

  1. In warm water (40˚C) we dilute yeast, sugar, salt and 3 tbsp. flour. We leave the dough for half an hour in a warm place. When the dough increases in size, add flour, butter and knead the dough with a spoon. Cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for an hour
  2. When the dough rises, knead it with your fingers in a mold covered with baking paper.
  3. Lubricate the surface of the dough with ketchup.
  4. Cut all the ingredients into thin rings (or slices), and grate the cheese. Then we spread our filling, sprinkle with cheese and spices on top. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 180˚С. The pizza is ready!
