Almost everyone has a jar of sprat and canned beans in reserve at home. :) Prepare sprat pate according to this recipe. Great snack in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Open a jar of sprat.
  3. Boil hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes after boiling). Cool boiled eggs in cold water.
  4. Put the sprats in a bowl without oil.
  5. Add canned beans.
  6. Grind the sprats with beans with an immersion blender until smooth.
  7. Rinse and chop green onions and dill.
  8. Peel and dice the eggs.
  9. Add greens and eggs to the sprat pate with canned beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Mix. To taste, you can add a little oil from the tin where the sprats were.
  11. Homemade sprat pate is ready!
  12. You can make sandwiches with it or stuff eggs with it.
