A beautiful and delicious birthday cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We make dough in a water bath. To do this, put the bowl in which we will dissolve the products into a large pot of boiling water, standing over medium heat. Put honey in a bowl and melt it while stirring.
  2. Add butter, cut into cubes, to honey. Stirring constantly, melt.
  3. Thoroughly mix the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt and add to the mixture, pour in the milk. Heat everything until completely dissolved.
  4. Sift flour. Remove the bowl from the bath. Add soda. Now add half a glass of flour to the mixture, knead the dough. The dough will be soft and warm.
  5. Divide the dough into 7 pieces. Make koloboks and put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  6. Start rolling out the cakes. Place the ball of dough on a floured board and roll it out into a circle.
  7. Place the cake on a baking sheet dusted with flour and place in the oven on the middle shelf. As soon as the cake turns light brown, immediately remove the baking sheet. This will take about 5 minutes.
  8. While the cake is hot, cut to shape using, for example, an upside-down frying pan lid. I have a rectangular box. Trimmings will come in handy. Fold the cakes on the table. Let them cool down.
  9. Make sour cream. Mix sour cream from the refrigerator in a bowl with sugar and vanilla. Beat well with a mixer.
  10. The cakes have cooled, the cream is whipped, it's time to assemble the cake. Lay the cakes one on top of the other, spreading each of them with cream.
  11. Crush the cake cuts with a rolling pin on a cutting board. Crumb the top cake with crumbs and decorate the cake. I have bees. (I didn’t do it myself ... I bought it in a store.))
  12. The cake should be in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Our cake is ready.
