  1. Mix eggs, vegetable oil, honey, brown sugar and salt.
  2. Heat in a water bath until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add baking soda, stir and heat for another 2 minutes. Remove from water bath.

  5. Pour the remaining flour on the table and put on the honey mass.
  6. Knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  12. Cover the banana-chocolate ganache with cling film in contact with the surface and refrigerate until completely cool.
  13. CHOCOLATE CREAM.
  14. Soak gelatin: pour cold water and leave to swell.
  15. Bring the milk and sugar to a boil over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
  16. Mix the egg with the yolk and pour hot milk with sugar over them.
  17. Pour everything back into the saucepan and heat over low heat with continuous stirring to 70 ° C.
  18. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve.
  19. Beat the egg mass until fluffy, at least 5 minutes.
  20. Melt chocolate.
  21. Whip chilled cream until fluffy.
  22. Mix chocolate with vegetable oil. Add melted gelatin and stir until the chocolate mass begins to thicken.
  23. Add the chocolate mass to the whipped cream, whipping with a mixer at minimum speed. Then mix with a spatula.
  24. Stir the egg mass into the resulting chocolate-creamy mass in several stages.
  25. Put the chocolate cream in the refrigerator.

  27. Turn on the oven to heat up to 170°C. Divide the dough in half. Roll out each part of the dough into a layer on parchment paper sprinkled with flour. Cut out heart-shaped cakes from the dough according to the stencil.
