  5. While the cakes are cooling, let's make the cream.
  6. Everything is very simple! Butter, sugar, cottage cheese, starch and egg are sent to a saucepan. And constantly stirring, bring to a boil, wait until it thickens. Turn off the heat, add a few drops of vanilla extract - and the cream is ready!
  7. We do not wait until the cream has cooled, evenly distribute it over the cakes. Collecting cake. There is a lot of cream, do not be sorry.
  8. Until the cream has cooled, leave it on the table, and then put it in the refrigerator for several hours. Before that, sprinkle with ground peanuts.
  9. The cake turned out to be excellent - a delicate aroma of honey, soft cakes and delicious curd cream!
