Honey cake with sour cream

A simple recipe for honey cake with sour cream!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take the eggs, break them into a saucepan, add sugar, beat with a mixer.
  2. Add the chopped butter to the eggs, beat with a mixer.
  3. We add honey.
  4. ...and beat everything well
  5. We put the resulting mass in a water bath, when foam begins to appear, remove, add soda and put on the stove for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, remove (let it cool a little).
  6. Add sifted flour.
  7. It should be such a dough.
  8. We put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, we wash the nut, dry it in a pan and grind it, but not very finely, it is better by hand.
  10. We take out the dough, roll it into circles (I give the shape to the cake immediately, with a lid from the pan)
  11. Lay out circles on parchment paper.
  12. I preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake cakes for 7 minutes.
  13. Place on a plate to cool down.
  14. From the leftovers we make a cake and leave it for 12-15 minutes in the oven so that it is dark.
  15. Put in a bowl.
  16. ... and grind by hand.
  17. Cooking cream. We take sour cream, mix with sugar and beat everything well with a mixer.
  18. Lubricate each cake.
  19. Add nuts (they do not need to be added to each layer, after a couple of cake layers).
  20. Sprinkle the top layer with nuts and crumbs.
  21. We remove the honey cake with sour cream in the refrigerator, let it brew for as long as you have enough exposure.
  22. After a couple of hours, the cream will harden.
  23. Honey cake with sour cream is ready.
