Such beautiful and satisfying hot sandwiches are cooked in a pan in a matter of minutes, and eaten even faster. Ruddy crunchy bread, springy ham slices, lots of melted stretching cheese and bright yolks are the perfect food combination for those who are hungry!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food for hot sandwiches in a skillet. From the specified amount of products, 3 hot sandwiches are obtained.
  2. Cut the ham slices as thin as possible. Wash the eggs well in hot water as the yolk will be semi-liquid.
  3. Use a sharp knife to cut squares of crumb from slices of bread. You can use them for another dish, eat or dry croutons from them.
  4. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks so as not to compromise the integrity of the yolk. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat lightly with a fork or whisk.
  5. In one large skillet with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, fry the bread over moderate heat on one side for about 1 minute. Pour 2-3 tbsp. spoons of protein. Fry for about a minute more.
  6. Flip the bread slices over to the other side.
  7. Place two slices of cheese on one toast.
  8. Place a slice of ham on top of another toast. Reduce heat to low and fry the croutons, covered, for another 1 minute.
  9. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.
  10. Place the ham slice on the cheese slice. Top with a third of the grated mozzarella and gently place one egg yolk on top of the grated cheese.
  11. Cover again and heat the sandwich over low heat for about a minute until the mozzarella melts.
  12. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the hot sandwich. Lightly salt the yolk and remove the sandwich from the pan.
  13. Prepare the rest of the sandwiches in the same way.
  14. Hot sandwiches with cheese, ham and eggs cooked in a pan can be served at the table!
