Hot sandwiches with curd cheese, spinach and egg

Today we are preparing hearty and juicy hot sandwiches for breakfast - with curd cheese, spinach and quail eggs. It is very tasty and healthy! Try it, you will like it.

  1. Prepare food for hot sandwiches.
  2. cut the bread into slices.
  3. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Defrost the spinach, squeeze and cut into smaller pieces. If you have fresh spinach, then simmer it in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water, squeeze out of moisture and chop.
  5. If you take cottage cheese, and not curd cheese, then it will need to be rubbed through a sieve to make it more homogeneous.
  6. Dry the pieces of bread in a dry frying pan.
  7. Combine curd cheese, spinach and hard cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg.
  9. Stir the sandwich spread well.
  10. Spread the spinach cheese mass over the top of the bread. With a teaspoon in the middle, make a depression under the egg.
  11. Break the quail egg into the recess.
  12. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Place the quail egg sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  13. Bake the sandwiches in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the eggs "grab" or until the eggs are baked as desired.
  14. Serve hot breakfast sandwiches with freshly brewed tea.
