  1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. The yolks must remain intact.
  2. Lightly salt the proteins.
  3. Beat the whites with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, until a persistent foam forms.
  4. Grease the pieces of bread with a thin layer of butter.
  5. Put the whipped egg whites on the bread, forming a depression in the middle.
  6. We put the sandwiches on a baking sheet (covered with parchment) and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
  7. We bake sandwiches with protein mass for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the egg yolk to the center of the sandwiches and return them back to the oven to bake for another 3-4 minutes (or until the desired degree of yolk is ready).
  9. You can pepper on top and add a little grated cheese before baking the sandwiches, but it will be delicious even without cheese.
  10. Remove the prepared sandwiches with Orsini eggs from the oven.
  11. Enjoy your meal! With a cup of coffee, it will be a great breakfast.
