The simplest is the salting of carp caviar. The result is satisfying and tasty - try it! It is good to smear such caviar on sandwiches, to make fillings from it. The caviar is moderately salty, clean, low-fat - it melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Caviar before salting must be broken from the films. To do this, use either a medium grater or a colander of the correct size.
  2. Rub the caviar with light movements so that it does not burst. All films remain in hand, they are not needed.
  3. Place caviar in a bowl for pickling.
  4. Add salt to the marinade and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour the marinade over the caviar and mix well so that the boiling water is evenly distributed over all the eggs. The caviar will change color, turn orange. Let stand in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  6. Then you need to strain the caviar. Fold the gauze in three layers, cover the bottom of the colander. While stirring, pour the caviar into it. Leave the caviar until the marinade is completely drained and cooled.
  7. Salted caviar for sandwiches, ready. Bon Appetit!
