The word "smoothie" was formed from the English smoothie, which translates as soft, smooth, and pleasant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Brew coffee in a Turk in the usual way for you. I brew coffee as follows: I put the cezve on the stove and slightly heat the bottom, pour in fresh finely ground grains and sugar, pour in cold water, and simmer over low heat to preserve all the coffee aroma. After the boiling process begins (that is, bubbles begin to form and the foam begins to rise), you need to have time to remove the Turk from the fire, wait until the foam settles and repeat the procedure 1-2 times. While coffee is being brewed, throw the bananas into a blender and make a homogeneous mass (mashed) out of them.
  2. 2. Strain the brewed coffee through cheesecloth (I folded the cheesecloth to make it two-layered), and cool it. Mix cooled coffee and banana puree. Get a mass of color "milk chocolate".
  3. 3. Transfer the resulting mixture to plastic containers, because it is easier to remove the frozen mixture from them. When the mixture is frozen, crush it into several parts and beat it in a blender until the size of a "large snowflake".
  4. 4. Put the mixture with a spoon in a glass without ramming, and pour milk. A cocktail in a glass will turn out to be an interesting coloring "Dalmatian", in my opinion, this is the highlight of the cocktail, so I did not mix the cocktail until smooth.
  5. 5. Decorate the cocktail as you wish. In my case, it is decorated with confectionery cream, sprinkled with gold beads.
