Ice cream with whiskey and spices

Summer is coming to an end, and the rest of the month is a great chance to try new ways to freshen up and have fun. Do you think that you have already tried all the options? You are wrong!

Ingredients

• Apple juice - 150 ml;
• Whiskey - 3 tbsp.;
• Raspberries - 100 g;
• Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.;
• Spices - to taste (well-suited allspice, star anise, cloves, or cardamom).

Directions

1. Prepare raspberry puree: mix raspberries and sugar and beat in a blender.
2. Add alcohol, apple juice, and spices to the puree. Mix thoroughly.
3. Place the alcoholic ice cream in the freezer overnight.
