All components of this tea are useful in themselves. And in combination, it turns out a vitamin, energizing and healthy drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making tea. Wash melissa, dry, cut. Leave a little lemon balm for serving.
  2. Boil 1 liter of water, cool to 90 ° C. Pour in green tea, stir and brew for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, pour 0.5 liters of water into another saucepan, boil. Add lemon balm and chamomile, cook for 5 minutes. Let it brew for 30 minutes.Pour sugar into warm infusion of green tea, stir.
  3. Strain the infusion through a fine sieve. Actually, it was necessary to first strain, and then add sugar, so it would be more logical. But I describe it the way I did and took pictures.
  4. Also strain the chamomile and lemon balm infusion through a sieve. Combine both solutions and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, maximum as you wish.
  5. Pour ready-made iced tea into glasses. Put a slice of lemon and chopped fresh lemon balm in each glass. Decorate the glass with a lemon wedge.
