Fans of tasty and fast food will certainly love this simple recipe. Mix the boiled instant noodles in a pan with fried bacon and egg. Thanks to this, the dish will turn out to be nutritious, aromatic and very appetizing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Bacon works fresh (like mine) or smoked. Butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.
  2. Boil 600 ml of water in a saucepan, add a little salt (0.25 tsp). Dip the instant noodles into boiling water (if desired, the noodles can be broken into arbitrary pieces). After boiling again, cook for 1.5-2 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the thermal process. Leave for 10 minutes to drain all the liquid.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small pieces: cubes or sticks.
  5. Preheat a skillet (no oil). Transfer the bacon to a dry skillet and fry until light golden, stirring with a spatula, over medium heat. It will take about 4-7 minutes. (The time to fry the bacon depends on the size of the sliced pieces.)
  6. Add a slice of butter to the bacon. Stir to melt the butter. If a lot of fat is released when frying the bacon, you do not need to use the oil.
  7. Add the egg to the fried bacon.
  8. Over moderate heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, fry for 2-3 minutes to form egg lumps.
  9. Put the cooled vermicelli in a frying pan with the bacon and egg. Stir, fry for about a minute and turn off heat. Season with salt and ground pepper if necessary.
  10. Instant vermicelli with bacon and egg is ready. Sprinkle the vermicelli with chopped green onions to add flavor and freshness to the finished dish.
  11. Serve the noodles immediately after cooking, adding a salad of fresh or pickled vegetables if desired.
  12. Bon Appetit!
