An unusual dessert that will interest not only women, but also men. This dish has both Irish beer and Irish whiskey.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To begin, we make chocolate-beer dressing. We heat our beer in a saucepan.
  2. Add and melt butter in it.
  3. Now add cocoa - be sure to sifted. It is very important that there are no lumps. You can add a little more beer. Stir and leave the mixture to cool.
  4. We make dough. We take flour, soda, sugar, salt, sour cream.
  5. Add an egg. Mix thoroughly. If you are using a mixer or food processor, mix on the lowest speed.
  6. Now add the cooled chocolate-beer mixture. Knead for 2-3 minutes at medium speed. The dough is ready.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We take cupcake molds. I also use parchment molds - I put them in metal or silicone molds. We fill the molds with dough no more than two-thirds. We put them in the oven. There are differences between muffins and cupcakes, but very conditional. Muffins are usually slightly larger and flatter on top; cupcakes are smaller and beautifully decorated.
  8. While our muffins are baking, prepare the filling.
  9. We heat up the saucepan. Pour cream into it, heat it up
  10. Add chocolate pieces. Stir, wait for the chocolate to dissolve
  11. Add butter to chocolate mixture. Stir continuously so that the chocolate does not stick to the bottom.
  12. Has the oil dissolved? Now you can add whiskey, remove from heat, mix. Everyone, let our mixture cool down.
  13. Time has passed, our cupcakes have risen. With a thin knife we check the readiness - we pierce in the middle. The knife is dry - the cupcakes are ready. We take out of the oven, take out their forms. If you have used extra parchment liners, do not remove them. We leave to cool.
  14. You need to decorate. Whip the butter.
  15. Gradually add powdered sugar to it. If you are not so sweet, you can decorate differently.
  16. Make a well in the center of each cupcake with a knife. This is best done while they are still warm. With a teaspoon we put chocolate filling in each hole, we do not regret it - with a slide. If you have a lot of cupcakes, use a piping bag instead.
  17. A pastry bag is also useful for decoration. But you can use for cream and pastry syringe. We fill it with cream and in one movement decorate each cupcake with a beautiful white cap.
  18. Ready. We have made an amazing "Irish Bomb" from an unusually tasty dough with Guinness beer, an extraordinary filling with Irish whiskey and delicate cream.
  19. No one was hurt during the preparation. Those who don't try it will suffer. Enjoy!
